Nigeria’s Communications Commission (NCC), says that users in the country can now get reimbursed for network downtime.   The NCC also launched a network downtime monitoring system where users can access in real time, the number and severity of network downtime and also report same.   A lot of questions and grey areas still exist however and they’re all highlighted in this episode.
