Networking; building connections and nurturing relationships, used to be something I did regularly and with ease.However, in 2020 the twins were born - pandemic kicked off - my business grew - world became more virtual - I became less flexible ...and a little time-poor!It has become something I squeeze in, or am reactive to.Only spending time nurturing those relationships that are in my immediate realm of work / life.It felt like my network shrunk.Recently I decided to shake things up, however, and prioritise time for "coffee chats".
