Yeah, it's more prone to kudies than why probably it's possible, but we'll go grab some of that beard wash This is where the good comes in and I'm gonna try and put this into an ago episode If not it yeah, it's there's a goo involved anyway, baby. I just need to toss and now on with the show Hey, welcome back. We are now interviewing Miss Guinea and she is with well Why don't you tell us who you're with with the Eastern Utah Tourism and History Association, okay? And tell us a little bit about what you do we are an independent tourism organization in price Utah and Started by a group of citizens who really wanted to do a lot of tourism promotion But also to do we do a lot of haunted tours We do a lot of haunted history tours because we base everything that we do we're ghost hunters at heart But we also do a lot of history so we do tie the history to the ghost story So you know I love that because like that's part of the reason why I got into a vestigating by the way I'm playing the role of the emphasis of this game. I forget to introduce you that you're back Tim's here.

Yay So that's why I got into paranormal investigating is because I wanted to learn history from someone that was alive during certain time period Because you know time travel doesn't exist so I think that's awesome that you're tying the history together with the paranormal I think that's great It's a lot of fun and you get to I mean paranormal is fun anyway and ghost hunting is awesome But to learn something and learn about the history and basically you're learning it from like you said the person who was there So tell us a little bit about your haunted ghost tours you guys do down there around price We do well, of course price is famous for the white lady You know the white lady of spring Canyon is kind of like the big deal down there But we also do this year we're doing to we got permission to do two tours of helper And if you guys have never been to helper and never heard the real bloody past about helper It's amazing So I think Dan should have been here for this interview because I know she's been trying to get us to go and investigate helper Right. Yeah, so tell us I guess many questions. Go ahead. Let's start with macabre.

Let's talk about the bloody past of helper Oh my gosh, so let's say helper was the black sheep of Utah and you don't say yes worse than Ogden Yes, it had more bars and brothels and churches and I was born in the wrong time period Well the bar the was went on till 1974. I was still born in the wrong time period So yeah, you've got wait a minute as born in 1974 You're too young to go to brothels. I wasn't even existing yet And you know you've got you got all the old leftover energy of that you've got the brothels You've got the immigrants that were there and there were murders and and all kinds of good stuff that happened there So now tell us about the white lady of a spring Canyon I was gonna say price Canyon, but that was wrong. So I was like trying to think with the eyes on the fly Yeah, the white lady is spring Canyon She is a rite of passage for everybody that lives in Carbon County you have to go up and spend the night with the white lady in your teenagers and a Lot of people do it a lot of people have experienced her she was a wife of a coal miner who was killed and she ended up Hanging herself from the coal mine office and she she walks up and down the Canyon People have seen her throughout the entire Canyon.

It's amazing. Oh interesting now Did you guys ever get a chance to investigate the old price jail before they tore down a year to ago? We actually did we went into the price jail We just went in to do some history photographs and I ended up Getting some really good like responses to questions and things that were going on in there There was one section of the jail there was no way I was walking into and really really interesting place And they're building the new courthouse now on top of it. It was the upstairs.

It was the upstairs Yeah, we did get in there right before they tore down and that's kind of what I was picking up on this the upstairs There was a lot of negative stuff up there. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah, that's You remember the little catwalk that walked around the edge of the jail. Yeah, I can't even walk in there There was a lot of that stuff up there.

That was pretty awful So what other locations do you guys have there and price that you guys like to investigate? One of our favorite is the Price City Cemetery and Price City gives us permission to go in after dork and do the Honnatures in there and we had to break it up because there are so many outlaws buried in the Price Cemetery So we do an outlaw version and we do a lawful version and so we do those on two separate nights So you you have either the choose your outlaw or choose your lawful But that's one of our favorites because you get to tell about the history of the people while you're standing right there And we've had some good experiences in there as well including the ghost of Matt Warner showing up. Oh, wow Yeah, yeah, that's possible about that Matt Warner was kind of the brains of the wild bunch and Price resident He ended up leaving his his outlaw career sort of leaving it leaving his outlaw career and becoming the sheriff of Carvin County and He died there in Price ended up being buried in the cemetery. We always stop at his grave And for whatever reason this one night we were doing a tour and I missed his grave.

I walked right past it I just kept walking and you guys can see my partner Bobcat. He's over there in full cowboy outfit That's how we do our tours and our niece said where's Bobcat and I said well He's up front and she said well, who's that and there's this guy standing the shadows in full cowboy big catch and the boots and everything You could just see he's wearing gun belts, and I said well that is not Bobcat And we started to walk and he kept following us and I went oh my gosh I forgot Matt Warner's grave and we turned around and went back to his grave and he disappeared So he was just telling me to not forget his grave. What are some of the other experiences you guys have had with the paranormal? I'll do this kind of thing.

Oh my goodness at the at the white lady You know we stand there right where she hung herself in the same location and we've gotten some good results on EVP We've gotten some really good One of the coolest things was somebody brought a dog on the tour and I'm telling the story of the white lady and talking about how she Killed her baby in the fit of despair and our EM detector was going crazy and the dog was barking kind of in sync to the EM detector And it was really really kind of an interesting thing to have the dog reacting. That's kind of cool Yeah, well we've been talking about it on some of our shows before like animals can't see in here spirits They do they do we actually have our the building that we're located in is haunted and we have two ghosts that there used to be a Chinese laundry There and we they are Chinese they've said Chinese several times on the EVP's and they were actually kind of aggressive towards us They would throw objects they threw a 16-foot ladder across smacked me in the face So they were quite aggressive and we ended up with a black cat at the building He just showed up and we took him in and as soon as he got into the building and got kind of established as a shot cat It calmed down all the activity just calmed down and every once in a while something will flare up and the cat will get up and walk And look the cat keeps him in check You guys have any theories of why the cat is a I actually I actually looked it up and in Chinese lore a black cat in a business Is extremely lucky and if it has a white marking on it anywhere it kind of is like a Like a messenger from the spirit world and ours has a white star on his chest And so we think he's just kind of he's there to calm everything down and be he keeps him in line So now going back to your ghost tours a little bit how frequently do you guys do those? It's like a nightly thing or is it a weekly thing we do it on the weekend So we have to we're scheduled Thursday Fridays and Saturdays And then we are we have just purchased a tour van and so starting in the spring when the weather gets nice We will start doing these year round and so we'll do We'll do a couple of like our walking tour price is really really easy to do And it's it's good for folks that just come into town and have one night spanned or whatever And we just walk them down Price Main Street and talk about again price was nearly as bad as Helper So you had brothels and and bootleg and and all kinds of stuff going on So much like that group and price Right that does explain why Yeah, price doesn't like you to say that they had they had the bootleg in the outlaws, but they did okay That city stuck away from everything else well, it is well with all the miners down there too. I mean you got to hear that that that's kind of The perfect storm if you will for saloons and brothels absolutely and in the 1920s and 30s We had a mayor that was absolutely pro brothel and pro gambling and pro bootlegging as long as the girls didn't advertise on the street And the state really hated that Don't know why I don't know why either I can't imagine why you brought the one popular new top I know it's kind of weird huh?

I got slightly better version of Vegas without the casinos Of every building there Closer and slightly better Vegas, that's right. It was a mini Vegas with a mob so see you're all good And say now you guys have a storefront down there. What is it you guys sell in your store front? We are actually a visitor center.

So we have books we we write our own books and then we have books on the area We have all kinds of tourism information for Eastern Utah in western Colorado and so it's it's really a visitor center with the ghost band I'm gonna say I noticed that over at your booth. You guys got numerous books on different haunted locations Yes, and so it looks like if someone wanted to commit to your story They could probably get some pretty interesting books on a hauntings and everything else absolutely You've written some of these books you saw correct correct We wrote one called from the dark in the dank in the damp the ghost of Eastern Utah And we actually took the history behind the ghost story and so it's half ghost story half history So I see sign there says volume one do we have another one in the works? There's another one in the works at least one We're looking at probably three or four nice awesome now Is there somewhere where people can get these books aside from your store? We do the white lady spring Canyon we do Castle Gate Castle Gate Cemetery is an awesome one because that was decided in 1924 Mine explosion that killed 171 miners We do that one we do haunted price mainstream We do the haunted price cemetery and then we do especially events at our place where we do this year We're talking about the famous or infamous murders of carbon County and the ghostly spirits behind those So those are just kind of like a lecture series that we do. Okay, so so during I love to ask this question everybody So during your tours and your investigations is there one moment or one instance that you can remember that it just stands out more than anything else like I Took something home once never take anything home.

So what do you know what you took home or yes? I do you know expand about that a little bit sure We were we were visiting the historic Glenwood Spring Cemetery where Doc Holiday is buried Doc Holiday and Kid Currie are both buried there and Did a dumb thing I spent a lot of time in the cemetery and did not ground when I left and something followed me home and Woke up in the middle of the night. It was in bed with me and I ripped my husband's arm off because I thought it was him I don't know these arms look like they're still attacked. They're still attached But you know I pulled it out of the socket, but yeah, it was it was pretty awesome It was and it was definitely a male and it was definitely an old Westie male I don't think I brought home talk holiday or kid curry because I think both of them would have been a lot nicer But he was definitely an old old Spirit which for our listeners listening if you go on investigations and make sure you don't bring anything home Do not bring anything home say a prayer or tell the spirits that they have to say there do whatever it takes Yeah, make sure you take those steps.

It looks like you have a selenite hand grenade It really is it feels like I mean you see the rainbows in it all out. Oh, yeah It was sitting on this lady's table and I walked by and it's like I am not buying anything else.

I'm done Nope this and then a lady pulled up and was touching a goldstone and it flew out of her hand on the floor I'm like guess we purchased that and it didn't break but then I said that is not even the stone for you to say no So this one I pulled it Tim on him and I call it pulling a Tim now Yeah, I may have been at Newman's booth a couple times today with random people going this one's for you And now I know why everybody owes him money, right? There's actually someone we made on the investigation last night about her stone today, but we I cleared everybody on the investigation Oh my gosh, did you give me that energy stone to take the investigation and that did come handy? There was there was a medium that more or less got a psychic attack And I don't think she realized it but we were trying to cleanse her last night and I'm certainly like yeah Let me pull this out of my pocket and I put it on the back of a medium That was trying to clear and like you felt it and you were there when they happened I feel the vibrations coming through her back my whole my whole hand was vibrating her whole back was vibrating like there was just so much energy I mean you felt as well, yeah, yeah, yeah That's so amazing and it we have sort of it's funny because we ordered these we get them in from like India and so forth Then we have to take them home and fill them out. That's not what he said to and And to throw that out the but what we do is we get these stones and then we go through them and we check them Let's spare it.

Are you for sale or you're not are you inhabited? What do you do is you're with your energy these crystal eggs that we got we're ranging from seer stones Energy generators, which is what you took that thing was awesome And what's funny is you guys brought that back and I cleared it and it was actually meant for another lady that bought it That's awesome. She took that thing immediately That's funny because when I first thing I didn't want to go here today is like I was supposed to be setting up the PA system I walked up to the table turned around and saw me and watched right up. So I'm like you need to cleanse this Yeah, it was pretty bad.

I'm not gonna lie That was horrible stuff it took but we also had some that came in not just to sear stones But as a way ocean wave generator, which when I'd hold it I literally would start getting my sea legs. I'd get seasick just close my eyes Is this crazy what comes from these and we have to check them because not every stone leaves our inventory because they're powerful We don't want to fall into the wrong hands I noticed a peaches had one of your stones earlier. I think it had the 1.3 on there. That was a seer stone.

Okay. Yeah, that makes sense Yep, she needs that makes sense. Yeah, so we actually you know We've gone through all those stones and everything and but this one here is freaking amazing and it's it's Take a picture put it on your website It's a tetrahedron of a it's a hexahedron freaking crazy pyramid. It's like it looks like a clear 20-sided D&D die The size of a peach.

I'm a warlock with a large overcoat Literally a cell on my hand. It's like I feel like if I throw it in a break someone just gonna fill the room with like yeah Yep, exactly. There's a lot of energy on the top. Ah Just clearing off everything that everybody had so we're good so what else you got there?

It looks like you got some I have a cell and I just a little worse on cell and I roast quartz case your buddy over there Doesn't fill enough love I think you can see it goes a lot of self-love. One is there's great grandfather is a farmer.

He's very particular with me, he wants you protected. Because if you're going to be going on these, he says you're like wide open, nothing right now, you're just let everything come in, attach and see where we go from here. You also, he's telling me to be careful what you pick up. Because you can get stuff very easily from objects.

He's going to be your indicator of what to touch, what not. That would be Castle? Yes, Castle. First object finder.

So basically if I stare at something for a long time, don't touch it. You know what, you two are made for each other. You pick stuff up from objects and he's your protector from objects because he's like, he finds those crystal objects like they're, you know, candy. Like you just seem to look on his face and he zones in right on those things.

So it's a really weird experience. Oh yeah, you do. And what's funny is those aren't the things that attach to you. It's the beministic stuff that gets you.

But I'm going through my wife's list and I'm just fathomed at what I'm getting because you have three guardians, one's two, two women, one man. The women are like, they're clothed in a grave and it's this vera. I've never seen it. It's like two feet wide.

It's like the funniest rabbit fur I've ever seen, but it's soft. But it's huge. Like they overfed the rabbits for like 20 years and then okay, that thing's about five feet long. We're going to cut her up.

Put her around this thing. Sorry, Peter. Put that in there for future. I don't know.

You never know. You never know what's listening. So I keep going back to your heart walls. I'm not going to delve deep.

I'm not going to have you go through your personal history. Oh man. I know that's what you guys look like. That's the whole reason why you do it.

I can go through the boyfriend list and everything else. But it's caused by twofold. One yourself, your self forgiveness, your kind of heart on yourself with forgiveness of things that have happened and your experiences with relationships and that is what I'm getting. The problem with that is that the longer we hold onto that, the more we can be affected by negative things out there, which brings all of that in.

And then what do you do? I meet you a year later. You have like 25 miles of heart walls and you don't even know my name because you're just too famous at this point and we're not going to discuss with Newman anything. So that's what happens.

I wish I was listening to the Newman Hand that you're going to get to the point where you know you're just not worth much and why why would I be with him? Who cares about all this stuff and you kind of get better, really better towards yourself and it's not healthy. My wife actually pulled what I didn't. The protection you set on yourself.

Oh man. It comes from so this is a previous life coming through a pretty strong one that I can pick up on. So guardians will only let me have things that will help you. Not what I want.

I was trying to get a laundry list going here. I was like we're going to totally get a red face. It didn't work out but the one thing you're not going for you you were actually an Amazon warrior. Be careful.

It's crazy. So what I got to ask is are you ready to release all this get rid of those heart walls. Because a lot of people aren't I've had people over there. That's the heart decision.

Yeah. So what we're going to do is we're going to use the phrases I talked about early in the other episode. I kind of whisked through them and people have been begging for those phrases back so that they can do it. I don't know.

You just that self forgiveness problem. We need to get it off of you so that and what I tell people is you look in the mirror. You see you or do you see the distorted image of you. You think you are heart walls and all that.

Bring that distorted image of you. Once we clear everything and it's funny because I've had a question for everybody today. I'm like what are you saying to me. I say on a scale of one to ten right now.

His question is are you wearing panties? Yes are they purple or red? I'm not so I get that's other guys are that weird. Like half of them are like yeah.

Spirit guides are going oh. I'm like what are you doing or image. So with it I've asked them based on one to ten the beauty of you what do you say your number is. Most of them are around five to four they're hovering.

So as I clear them I say now if you were to look in the mirror how do you feel now and that's seven eight I'm like that number you're getting is your self compatibility. You always want to be above seven if you're not there's something wrong you need to clear it get it out and cross it over because it's not helping you in your daily life. So with you what we're going to do is we're going to do the phrases I'm going to actually have you count because your mind's a little racy right now not that way. It's saying it's like a horse race you know you're my other getter.

I can do horses anything you just ask me I'm a voice engineer I just don't know what this button that's. So what we're going to do is we're going to actually say the phrases I'm going to count you so you get into the mode of Zen pretty much is what we call it. Then we're going to say the two phrases a couple of times it's going to take you probably two times on each one to get connected. What we're doing is we're taking you to connect to your highest self and then from there connecting to God the connection because you are God of yourself and your highest self but you need that connection to God to allow both sides to work and get rid of all this off of you.

After that we're going to clear what you need to clear in between then we're going to close it with basically thanking spirit for what it's done and you're going to come out and I'm not hypnotizing you because I'm not going to make you boil like a fish. I don't know what to do. You don't tell the placement. No you want the rose quartz in your right hand because your right hand goes straight to your heart. Your left hand is going to be your exhaust basically alpha omega chakra.

This is what we're dealing with here. So you're going to receive blessings and you're going to be all the ones that just aren't any any good. So what you're going to do is close them in your hand so you fill the full breath within the middle of your hand. I'm comfortable, bad. The bachelor gets the floor. So all right. So let's get you ready.

I'm easily distracted. I feel great about it. All right. So now looking at him, just close your eyes.

Okay. Now what we're going to do is we're going to count from five to one, but never get to one. You're going to count with me, not on your own. And I'll know if you get to two.

So we're going to go five. Nope. Just in your head. Everything's in your head because these people have the unfortunate pleasure appearing.

You're going to say, I invite my highest self forward into this consciousness now. I invite my highest self forward into this consciousness now. So what you've just done is opened your connection to your highest self. Now we're going to open the connection to God.

We're going to say, I open the gates to the kingdom of heaven within. So one more time, even though you don't need it. I open the gates to the kingdom of heaven within. Now you're fully connected.

What I want to do is have you fix your chakra at this point and allow God's love and light to flow through it. This time we're going to say, I allow spirit to clear and fix my chakra, remove all blocks from me within my chakras. Now we don't say the chakra, we say all chakras because we have multiple. Now you're going to accept God's love and light to flow through you.

Think of it flowing from the sky down through to the earth. Just allow it to flow like a river. Okay. Man, I'm feeling our energy now.

At this point you're going to also say, I now clear and release any and all thoughts and beliefs that do not serve me in a positive way. You're just going to clear those off. There we go. Now you're going to say, I clear and release all of my heart walls.

I clear and release all of my heart walls. I clear, release and cross over all the pain associated with those heart walls. Just get rid of it. Now you're going to say, I, and this is the big one, I forgive myself for being hurt and feeling hurt.

I do not want this and I remove it at this time. Next you're going to say, I forgive all that have trespassed me. I clear, release and forgive all that have trespassed me. You have now forgiven them.

You've forgiven you. And at the same time we're allowing God's love and light to flow through and heal these parts that you have. I clear and release all attachments from me. I am me.

I hold my body. I reclaim myself. Okay. There it goes.

Now at this time I also clear and release all carmelinks from me and do not allow them to form. Clear and release all carmelinks and do not allow them to form. I ask for protection from my guardians while on investigations. This is specifically for you, not the public itself, which I can use.

Okay. Now at this point, man, we're going to get that too. I clear and release all thoughts that come in that literally serve my heart in a bad way. I clear all those because you're getting different thoughts now.

Okay. Now you're going to do the big one. I give myself all the unconditional love and support I need. I give myself all the unconditional love and support I need.

I was about to say she likes a hell of a lot more relaxed than she did when before she started this. Yeah. Definitely was. Like you can see it in your face.

Like you are super calm right now. Super peaceful. So what you're feeling, Joe, why isn't that? That's your guardians in spirit.

Letting you know you're on track one now. You don't have all the baggage from earlier in life and all that stuff. The problem is that most people bring that back by thinking of it. It's gone.

Let it go. The more you think about the more it's drawn back, you actually need to give that to her to hold. Remove the rose quartz. So what we're doing now with the crystal tower that we've just handed you, we're raising your vibration up because you're really low.

You feel that energy coming in? Yeah, I can't believe. Okay. That's what you should always do after, but you're also going to want to drink lots of water because you get very toxic of removing all that cleansing stuff.

So. So when he says drink water, because I didn't and I felt like shift like you. Yes. I can't test the fact she drinks a ton of water.

I mean, your salty toxin is amazing versus I can't do body detox because I don't want to lose the sexiness. You know, nobody wants a rock. They want a pillow, right? Hux.

You're literally your chakras in line. Everything is, you can feel the energy. I can feel the energy coming off of her. It's completely different.

You're actually blue now not purple. So blue is moved up as your color over here. Both of those green. It was green to move down.

And it's weird how our world changes like that based on our moods. It's just, you go with what I never like to be in red because I equate it to more negativity than anything. But it's not. It's positive colors.

Just I guess thoughts and beliefs. But your thoughts and beliefs, if you do not get rid of those and you bring them back, it just hampers you even more like, man, I always got mad at that. I think I'm gonna get mad at that. It's not gonna help you.

Just gonna bring it all back. So what are you guys thinking? That was pretty heavy. I'm pretty heavy.

I mean, you cut this interview off so I can do a good review. Right. Oh, that's funny because he said line it. His booth.

It's crazy. But it's funny because we did the stuff on the stage and a lady was up there with a lot of energy. Just shaking everything. I ended up giving her an amethyst and I pulled my mole.

Now I don't do it for everybody, right? I pulled my mold and I out, put it in her hand and I said, close it. Close your eyes and I'm not even gonna read you yet because man, your ADD is like, right on mine. It's like up there.

You're just racing, challenging. I let her hold that. She went completely lamp and just. Wow.

It was like she took a downer and it just. Just out of curiosity, it was this girl kind of like her hair was kind of dyed red. Nope. No.

That's me. Well, there's a coworker of mine that I had her. I told her to come talk to you. And after she did, she was really positive energy.

Like I feel like coming off of her. She just seemed so happy, so blissful. I was just like, I liked that. I worked with her for like two years and I'm like, I have never seen you this happy before.

And you know, the common theme of the show is it's just self worth because people have just been beat down whether it's media, social media, things like that, the news on the internet. They're reading this and taking it into their personalness and it's causing them to just them to break down and not care for themselves. And it's crazy what we've done because she, yeah, she had a, she's incredible, but she saw herself with something different. She didn't need to.

And we cleared all those beliefs because I see both sides of spirit and physical and I see them the same. They're beautiful and you know, we're all dealt cards. I can't help I was dealt with the sexiness. It sucked.

I'm recognized everywhere I go. Is that a harm? The nice part is here at the show with what we did on stage with that lady. She didn't, I didn't want to do it on stage because I knew what spirit was telling me.

She was going to break down heart. There's no reason to put that on display for everybody. I brought her back. We got it all clear.

Then I had a girl come. She couldn't have been more in her twenties, early twenties. All I kept doing was seeing my daughter sitting there. So, and I knew she had had problems with her parents.

And I said, you know, the three hardest words in the English language, right? Especially when you've had these kind of arguments with your family and what's going on there, but I'm feeling it. Wow. Sounds like last time we were in a room like the drums or the top of them all.

Yeah. This one's more rain. I think I got to go. Man can't do it with water running.

It's an amateur to be. Yes. What the? But she, I looked at her and I just said, you know, it's time to let all that go with your parents and say the three words.

I love you. I forgive you. Because it's, it's for not you're holding a grudge. They're holding a grudge.

I cleared her parents of Carmelink's things like that. They were causing the judgment. And I told her, you'll get a half price today if you call your parents. So her friend made a call over at the concession stand.

I'm like, I didn't mean a non happy place. You know, you can take some of their hot dogs. I'm not going to know. So hey, we appreciate you coming on the show again.

Not really expensive stuff. I mean, the power stone in the middle needs to be bigger. Kind of, I mean, this is kind of overkill the four inch ball, octagon of death type thing. It's not a mega name.

It's a mega name. But what you want to do is look at something that's about three to four inches tall. Kind of a good quality, double AA, triple AA, but it's the intent. We lost and we lost Gary.

I was like, it was no, that guy brings out something bad in me. Yeah, I don't know if you've noticed we talked about this earlier. I wanted to avoid him, but I can't like I keep getting drawn over to him and I keep getting drawn over to him and I you're smiling because you know why and I need to talk to you about this after we're done with him. So I've been ignoring the hallways around that.

All right. Let me have you get that mic just a little closer to your face that we can hear you say there we go All right, so how did you get into life coaching? You know I've always for some reason attracted to helping people and always love that is just part of my own soul and Through my own recovery of drug and alcohol addiction a little over 17 years sober now Thank you, and that really was the motivator to really push me forward to do that as a business opportunity Okay, fantastic. So you've been doing that now for what about 17 years a little over 17 years now.

Fantastic. Where are you located? I'm right in holiday. You taught okay now.

What is your connection here to paranormal Expo? Well, my wife Anne runs the paranormal Expo and we both enjoy this as a fantastic hobby and business as well Okay, so if you've had your hand you've been probably shoulder deep not just elbow deep in shoulder deep in this thing I think together absolutely I know I've seen you both this and the metaphysical expert running around getting things in order and making things work Sure lots of fun lots of fun here So now aside from life coaching do you do anything as far as the paranormal goes to the metaphysical do you get involved in that Any level you know I usually leave that mostly up to and I'm more in the background more in the organization side of things And then just in helping in set up and making sure the events run well. Okay. Let's talk about the event for a minute That's okay sure what has been your perception of the event today as far as how it's rolled out and what the attendance has been what the reception has been I think the attendance has been fantastic.

I think we were tracking already close to about 1400 visitors less far and Seems like everybody's having just an absolutely fantastic time here I'm actually really impressed by the turnout. I was a little light right at opening So I was nervous for a few minutes to pick right up and it's been pretty steady since we got going it has Yeah, we've had a line of about 10 to 15 people out the door since about 11 30 So it's nice and steady fantastic show lots of excitement here in such a wide wide variety Surrounding the fair and normal world just a great place to be so let's switch gears and go back to life coaching just a little bit sure If you were to give some advice let's take a wish show for instance the podcast here What would advice would you give us as far as to improve ourselves and to basically make this better than what it is? Well, I think I'm not sure Yeah We've got promote Diane and then we'll move forward I could give you for growth would be don't let your mind set your limitations for you I think if you move forward chances are worth taking and I think Stepping out and growing as big as you can you guys could have this whole wall here and you certainly have enough people I think there's enough Enthusiads behind you and you've got such a great spirit as a team I think just tying that together and really saying hey, let's not let our own fears Pull this back so is that kind of a lot of the approach that you take with life coaching and kind of get people past their Self-imposed barriers that we all tend to put in our pathway. Yeah, we really focus a lot on a lot of psychological aspects frankly Things like self-esteem, you know, we look at you know background certainly and certainly what they want to achieve and where their failures have been in achievement in the past That's those are great pieces of information to hold when working with someone towards those types of achievement So do you predominantly work with businesses or people who have addiction problems or what kind of your general clientele or my experience has been that business problems or personal problems in disguise And so I do a extensive amount of work with with businesses Tons of work with individuals as well, but even inside of business.

You're still dealing with personalities. You're dealing with individual groups You know, certainly there's different levels of power structure that are they're involved in those scenarios So business has a lot of opportunity to open up and see how people really do behave, you know surrounded by others Okay, so now I've someone wanted to find you to Set up a life coach. Well, let's go into this. What would a general?

Let's say I came to you as a client as an individual and said Lauren's help me out What can I expect from the time that I say help me out the time that you kick my butt out the door and say go forth You're gonna try to make this happen. Sure. Well, first of all, I do offer a complimentary first session hour and a half of time No risk no obligation that allows both the party and myself to truly assess one that we're good fit together Two that we could work closely together and also really assess what's going on what they're interested in achieving what's been holding them back in the past Etc from that point on we then work literally hand-in-hand face-to-face meetings at least once a week if clients are not available to do a face-to-face meeting either living in another state or Outside of the country we can do either a Skype or Delafonic meeting as well and then we have daily interaction as well so via text and email and telephone We communicate several times a day with each of the clients that I work with and so we really do keep a good finger on the polls Once we have reached the goals that they have initially set out Frankly most people continue on my average client duration runs just under three years So people once they I think begin to see that they can achieve and start to feel inside of themselves Some of the power that comes from that generally continue on for other goals and those types of scenarios and then eventually we get to a point Where we all feel comfortable that they can continue to utilize those skill sets without necessarily having prompts from someone like myself or day-to-day Kind of interactions of helping to in continuation with those things so we we stay very very close Now have you read across any people who are just for lack of a better term uncomfortable and how do you deal with the family? Absolutely, we have frankly today and not to sound rude, but just to be candid We generally just have an open discussion about the failure of their interaction These are their problems or their scenarios and so without their active participation This just simply can't work right and that seems to hold you in a lot of areas Absolutely, and so you know basically it's you know their time or their dime in my time And we just have an open-canded discussion that generally will either set them back on the right pathway or if we continue to see something like that We will just have an open discussion and generally discontinue service That makes sense I think in my experience some of those people who I would define as uncoachable or just they know they have a problem But they're unwilling to address it.

They just kind of approach life as the so I am screw you I'm not changing for anybody. Yeah, absolutely and you know deal with especially in addiction There's you see a lot of that where people will come in and it's like well I'm here and you know there's ways to break that down I mean for me I think there's a tremendous advantage in the fact that I suffered from alcoholism and and an active recovery today having witnessed both sides personally I think gives a better insight track to some of the psychological emotional and physiological effects that alcohol or drugs have upon us And I would think that especially if you get someone that's come in and is talking to you and they realize that you have been through the same problems They're struggling with they're more likely to open up to you and because they know that you know what they're going through Yeah, I believe that shared experience especially surrounding things like addiction certainly have a tremendous benefit Being able to share some things that most people would think very shameful with another individual and that's really how this works It's a one-on-one program a program that is 100% confidential by the way anything that we ever speak about is a hundred percent confidential on our side We have had scenarios obviously where people have wanted us to present documentation for them for a court or something along those lines And we certainly can do that because we have their permission But I think that having that confidentiality is absolutely vital I don't think many people would would want to unzip and open up their lives without having that that availability Yeah, I'd agree with that so someone wanted to get a touch with you and set up an appointment And I think you mentioned that the first appointment is complimentary it is no risk no obligation They can contact me directly Lawrence Lee Broder 801 875 5700 or Lawrence at life coaching SIS S's in Sam Weisen We young S's in Sam dot-com fantastic.
