Dr. Slack is an Organizational Psychologist in the Department of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas. "You're not going to find neurodiversity in a medical textbook, but at the same time it's 'not not' a medical term in that it highlights the natural variation in human neurology," she said.
