In today's episode I am joined with Lauren who is autistic she was diagnosed last year November 2021! We have a awesome together talking about Autism and being disabled. She talks about her role as a disability officer at her university. Lauren talks about bullying at school and different situations that could of resolved better at school, we say that people who don't really have any bad behaviour normally get told of by teachers for weird reasons, like to talking engaging conversations. We share our experiences about our school life together. Lauren talks about she finds hard being autistic and how she'd like to do more too, she says she finds it hard talking and asking for help. We talk about doing things of a volunteering basis is really good because you want to do things you enjoy that's the fun of it! We say it would be good to go back to mainstream school and see how things are now have they changed ? Schools environments would benefit from doing more things outside we mentioned! Lauren talks about how she feels and how getting a diagnosis of Autism is so relieving! we talk about special interests such as clouds, gaming, and football.
