Today, we are joined by Aimee Lopez — interior designer, educator, and founder of the Holistic Interiors Design Community, a professional platform dedicated to integrating spatial design, environmental psychology, and applied neuroscience.With more than two decades of professional experience, and as a professor in the Interior Design program at the University of Miami, Aimee’s work represents an important disciplinary evolution: moving interior design beyond aesthetic preference and functional performance toward an evidence-based framework in which space is understood as an active agent in shaping cognition, emotion, behavior, and human well-being.
