Neutralize negativity in thoughts by not judging it but using discernment to flip the language. Do not fight the ego but listen, neutralize while being aware of the pull towards the The ego mind wants us to go down the rabbit hole of superiority or inferiority complex so it distracts us from going within the divine mind and divine heart. There is nothing wrong with this because it is a process of healing back to the light. When one is connected to the divine mind, it feels empty and without judgement. Meditators practice this and we have lost this ability to connect to the emptiness of existence where everything is perfect.
