from Never Been Sicker · host Michael Rubino

Send us Fan MailToday’s guest is Allison Rassp, Certified Holistic Health Coach for Women with Hashimoto’s Disease. Her personal mold journey went on for over 9 years as she moved in and out of moldy environments both in her homes and her jobs. Her experience led her to develop a deep understanding of mold exposure and the effect it has on health. Particularly its relationship to conditions like Hashimoto’s disease. Choosing to use her struggles to help others, Allison centered her life on helping others through their mold experiences. By walking them through full-body detoxing, advocating for their health, and understanding environmental factors influencing health she’s actively working towards aiding others to heal and simultaneously pushing for mold awareness. Today’s Talk:In this episode, Michael Rubino chats with Allison Rassp to discuss her 9 year battle with mold. Allison experienced peaks and troughs during her unique journey with exposure as she moved out of moldy homes and quit her jobs at moldy schools. Luckily, she eventually made friends who helped steer her in the direction of environmental factors and considering mold exposure as the culprit to her adverse health reactions. When she finally connected all of the pieces, including how mold exposure reacted with her Hashimoto’s, she began the long journey to healing. One she’s still actively working on but very happy with the progress thus far. Her experience taught her how big the gap in mold awareness is, from employers to doctors, and decided to dedicate her life to helping others. As she said, someone is probably going through the same situation and can benefit from hearing others’ experiences. “I’m super grateful to do what I’m passionate about and can keep my body healthy at the same time.”https://www.themichaelrubino.com/https://www.homecleanse.com/Learn more about Allison Rassp at: https://www.hopewithhashimotos.com/about@hope_with_hashimotos
