Hands up if you ever get frustrated about not making progress. Hands up if you've considered changing careers or starting something new but you know it's too late. They say (whoever they are) that we overestimate what we can achieve in a year... and we underestimate what we can achieve in a decade. Well, I happen to think they're dead right.  When I reflect on times, stages, circumstances in my life, so often the timeline is skewed. It seems like forever and a heartbeat.
