Today's guest is Matt Burke, I loved this chat! Matt is a real heart to heart person and it was like sitting down with a old friend and having one of those deep conversations that you learn so much from and more about the person that what you see on a screen. Matt is a lifelong resident of the Liberties in Dublin, founder of the Magic Minds Podcast and Magic Minds Foundation. He is also a Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, accomplished Public Speaker, Author & Poet. Matt is also a Training facilitator in brain injury rehabilitation. He is doing amazing work with so many people and you can feel his passion coming across as he speaks, not only for his own journey but in helping others in theirs.
