NEVER IN DOUBT!!
from Fran Kirby's Fight Club Hosted by Fran Kirby's Fight Club
The Blues suffered an absurd deflected own goal and red card dismissal all in the first half, but survived to battle back to claim all three points in their first of two matches versus Spurs this week! It was an intense and eventful match, so André was delighted to welcome Maryam back to talk about it all! We relive our thoughts during the bad times, then heap praise on Guro Reiten, Zecira Musovic, Sam Kerr, Pernille Harder and of course, scorer of the best goal on the day, Jessie Fleming! Then, recent Champions League matches inspire André to wonder if the top teams in the WSL are falling behind. And, of course, since Maryam is back she doesn't let the podcast end without predictions (and makes a Steven Gerrard reference for some reason)!
