After my enjoyable panel discussion at GALA 2019, Kyle Kristoffersen and I had a chance to sit down with Latha Sukumar, Executive Director of MCIS Language Solutions - a non-profit that unites over 6,000 interpreters, translators and other language professionals. I was blown away by her perspective and by the answers she gave to some of the most important questions we all ask ourselves, both in the workplace and at home.
