We decided to do Superstition, a supernatural drama co-created and produced by Mario Van Peebles, with Joel Anderson Thompson as co-creator and showrunner. A show that tried to do so much in a short period of time. The supernatural drama centers around the Hastings family, owners of the only funeral home in the mysterious town of La Rochelle, Georgia. The family also acts as the keepers of the town's dark secrets and history. Superstition attempts to tackle a lot of content for the short time it was on, following a Black family navigating roles, traditions, and the common problems we all face, while also hunting demons. Join us for the good, the bad and the infernal of it all.
