New Alberta Health Officer, AESO and Power Consumption, Zoo Animals, and the Country 105 Radiothon

NEW ALBERTA HEALTH OFFICER Alberta Health services has announced a new Chief Medical Officer of health, Dr. Deena Hinshaw. We caught up with Dr. Hinshaw for a chat. AESO ON POWER CONSUMPTION The Alberta Electric System Operator has asked residents to limit their energy consumption during the recent cold snap. Tara Deweerd, Manager of Public Affairs for AESO gives us some tips on saving energy. ZOO ANIMALS AND THE COLD With the mercury dropping, we check in with the Calgary Zoo to see which animals like the cold, which don't and how the zoo accommodates them.
