Happy Thursday and welcome to the daily with Phil Stein on anchor. I am working to revamp my podcast here on anchor It may have a name change. I haven't decided yet. I'm working on that I wanted to say first and foremost.
I apologize for not being on as much as I usually am I used to do at least three shows they were like 15 20 minutes show sometimes 30 minutes But I haven't been able to be that consistent lately and I noticed it with the listeners I don't have too many I used to get about 30 plus or so listeners I still get downloads don't get me wrong, but I don't I noticed that the listeners are not as consistent as they were I I apologize for that. I'm working on revamping the podcast having more other Authors come to the show to talk about their books. I want to do book reviews I want to do editors on editing That's what I'm planning for November to have the editor show finally and speaking about my own books I'm also going to share tips So basically when I do my next show I will focus on Stephen King on writing But I'll also have a segment where I focus on my book news what's coming up with me as an author and also do more of an interactive Type of interaction on the podcast where I'll have readers or listeners call in or leave messages where they want tips or share tips With other writers about what is it? What is something that has worked for them?
What is something that hasn't what do they hope to learn more of as they develop their writing? So I hope to be able to do that and share more of course like I said author interviews And have other new writers come on the show to share about their own experiences with writing So I hope that I'm able to do that and plan ahead and do more consistent shows for this podcast Because I have missed doing that. I want to I want to share that and link it to link it to a hashtag on Instagram stories or Instagram And probably you know have listeners or readers contact me also also through email on my author page And also very importantly more importantly I hope you'll leave feedback about how you feel about the podcast whether it's on Spotify I hope you'll share the Spotify podcast whether it's on any of the platforms on anchor itself share a review of what you like about it What you wish there was more of like I said I do this podcast because I enjoy podcasting and sharing with my listeners readers and kind of giving writing tips to you guys along the way So that's what I hope to do and bring you bring that to you I wanted to share this news today I am looking at maybe changing the name of it Maybe I'll leave it the same but for now I just wanted to say thank you for the support and I hope you'll keep tuning in to the daily with Stillstein here on anchor Have a happy happy Thursday
