TRANSCRIPT · AUTO-GENERATED

Greetings, greetings. Welcome to another episode of Truth of Power. I'm your host, Tylis Nick Knight. And tonight, you guys are gonna thank you guys for joining me tonight.

We're gonna be talking about new cases, same tactics by the white supremacist government. Now for those who don't know, there was an execution in Georgia. That's what I'm gonna go on by these white supremacists. And these white supremacists, they have been led off-ling it by the law.

Okay? The execution is got by a name of Amard Arby. And they've been, they've been, the law had been somebody linear with these guys. And when I say a lot of government about these white supremacists government that they have out there enjoyed, they've been very linear.

Now, only did a lot of killers to go home until everybody made a big fuss about it. But they also, also led to killers, you know, had time to, you know, they did the same thing I can do on this way, and they killed Joe McKnight. And I brought this up on a previous show. This is nothing new.

They led the killer to go home, get all their affairs and all this. But also, damn, when it's time to go to court, they always got some type of, man-made, some type of, sellout DEA, up in office, some type of sellout prosecutor. They don't really give a damn about black people. They never have any black real black judges.

They're not willing to uphold law. And if you are a black judge, and you all are willing to uphold law, especially in a favorable black person, then you get prosecuted, or they want to get you to this bar, they want to get you out of the way. They're like, it's so horrible once you start prosecuting white people for crime that they committed. Now, white judges have the legacy to prosecute black people when we are innocent, you know, on the evidence shoulders that we're innocent.

But they have the right to prosecute us there. Same thing happened with both and John. They had a judge in place where they said, hey, I'm gonna get his present. 10 years, I'm gonna go off the bench, get a person a Bible and hug them because that's the corner quote, crucial thing to do.

But once you put those scenarios, then all of a sudden, then you get to get to justice what's really going on. For instance, for example, think about this, you guys, if a black man saw a suspicious white man walking down his neighborhood, he said, listen, which I'm doing by the way, what's there? I'm doing by the way, they're doing that in a world right now in the world. I can speak for that, they draw, they walk, they look suspicious to me because in a majority of black community, there's very odd to see some white people, just imagine that I got a matron.

They didn't call the police, right? Because I'm not an officer. I'm not working for enforcement. I need to do those guys.

I tell those white men, I say, listen, stop. And because they didn't follow my orders, I'll block them off and then I shoot them. Now, do you think they will let me go home or do you think they take me to jail? For murder, for capital murder.

Now, the positive thing, you know, right, that took a positive step in the right direction was that his mother said, listen, my son lost his life. These men should lose their life too. And that's the type of energy that we must keep. That's the type of energy that we must sustain because if you are black, and I'm telling you this right now, justice will not be given to you.

You have to take justice. You have to take justice. And once again, shout out to the militia group that was out there, holding it down out there where he had died, got shot at it, a period of police that were in trouble with those guys. But like I'll tell you somebody, listen, you have to get yourself, not just armed, but you also have to get trained too.

There are certain survival tactics that too much learned in order to survive or ambush. I mean, like first things first, you've got to be able to see it ambush and you've got to be able to pick your targets. So when they come out to ambush, you've got to be able to understand when ambush is happening, my days could just have to have the type of feeling, you know, the type of feeling about something could go wrong. As a black person, if you step in out your house, one or two things, you've got to step out your house, no, one or two things.

We prepare to do one or two things, make money or die. And that's point of playing period in the system that we're in. We are in the system of confinement. We are already in the prison.

Jail, there's greater confinement. Shout out to Nelly Fuller. But you have to be prepared for these type of things. Also, you have to be prepared for the justice system, not to work in your favor.

Well, you just say that you got to take justice. How do we take justice if the system doesn't work in our favor? Good question. If you're thinking that, good question.

One way that you could take justice is what Nelly Fuller calls emergency compensatory action, meaning you could take Michael Johnson route, the more exit route, that's all the last known people, right? All right. Or you could take the legal route as self-fouling and justice against the courts for criminal to walk, for murder and injustices and to be honest with you, those are the only options. You have to be prepared to take justice because they keep on giving us the same old chicken pony show.

One of us gets killed, the leader says, they blame us for getting murdered by some crazed white supremacist, they never blame white supremacist, they always blame us. They troll on to get everybody upset, everybody around out, everybody on the hair say, a court case comes around, they appoint some type of man, me, a comb, they say, hey, you know, I want to be lean on them because, you know, they're white and they respect the whiteness about their own blackness. So I'm gonna give you five years, five or ten years, you know, eligibility for a role at the three. See, and they always try their list to be shaped all the time.

Now they claim that they got a prosecutor and I always tell people this, I learned this from a judge, right? If anybody tells you any different, they don't know what they're talking about. A prosecutor is the most powerful person in the courtroom. Why do you say that?

I thought it would be the judge, it's not the judge. You know why? Because the prosecutor can choose to either drop the case and not try it at all, even cut to a deal. It's not the judge that's gonna be offered you the deal or tell you that they're gonna drop the case.

It's not gonna be the judge that does that. It's gonna be the prosecutor. It's gonna be the day. They're the most powerful people in the court system because they can either try a case or not try the case.

They can choose to charge you with or what not to charge you with. The judge doesn't decide that at all. Anybody telling you that is either foolish, ignorant, or they just don't know what they're talking about. They have no idea what they're talking about.

The only way a judge becomes the most powerful person in the courtroom is when they have a bench meaning that instead of those 12 jurors that's going to be deciding your faith is gonna be the judge based on the evidence that they prove or they're not prove that he's gonna be the one deciding your faith if he's guilty or not. That's the only reason. That's the only way a judge could be the most powerful person in the courtroom. But if you got a 12 man jury then guess what?

It's gonna be the prosecutor and go out the hole and get a black woman and I'm gonna say this, black woman for too long. You guys have been off cold and very complicit with white supremacy for too far along. Okay, tell me the name. Then they had this new prosecutor up here on some ghetto gaggosheet where she was a run about white officers matter.

Everybody got us a black prosecutor. But everybody there's a skin folk and she can't vote. Keep that in mind. Keep that in mind.

These people are looking for a reason to get these white supremacists off and if they do, then it's up to us. They take justice. It's our own hands because the justice isn't going to give you that. In a system of white supremacy, you have to understand that yes, go by white supremacists and be a supreme.

You have to understand that white supremacists can do no wrong. They just had a woman up and on Texas, I believe. I've been Texas. They had to stay at home order.

She violated it. I wasn't Texas. I gotta make sure what it was. But she violated the stay at home order.

So they locked up and they got mad at the judge. She brought the governor's law to governor put this in state. Not the mayor. The goddamn governor put down the state and they got mad at the judge for sentencing her.

Oh, this tyranny has got to stop. This relating to a white person. If you're black, especially if you're a black man, they know refaced tyranny every day. This happens every day for us.

And then I'm saying folks trying to convince white people that racism still exists now. People stop doing it. Stop doing it. Stop doing it.

Once again, this is a white supremacist system. They know racism exists. Do they want to acknowledge it? No, they don't.

And if they do it, they're going to acknowledge it in spurts. So they don't so you don't suspect them will be in a life of premises. White people are not that ignorant. By the time a white person is at the age of 12, they know how white supremacy works, which brings me to the story.

Let me tell you all story. I was going to Xavier wedding on my masters at the time, right? And one of my professors a way later, she tried to pass herself off as being one of these liberal white people, people. And the thing is this, and this is the thing.

I don't believe that success thing is liberal white people. I believe either your white supremacist or your not. But anyway, whatever the case was, she said, well, I mean, my friends were growing in college, we just can't believe all the things that were going on with African Americans. And I was just in disbelief like this, you guys, I was just what's happening.

And I said, okay, now let her stop. I said, let me say something. But age of 12, you knew what was going on. You just didn't want to acknowledge until you got to college, because you didn't want the same basis.

And that's point of playing period. I still haven't said that in class. It's a professor. And they're classating me for it.

And they're listening to me. They should be honest with themselves right now. They hated me for it. They didn't like me for it.

But I ain't give a damn. You have no idea how it feels to be on a plantation. And be the only one around you with a net turn of mentality. No fucking idea.

When everybody was trying to make every other race around them comfortable itself, and you and everybody in the classroom looks like you. No fucking idea. You out there speaking in their interest and they're going, oh, oh, you don't want to make everybody in the class uncomfortable. You want to be in the class, I don't look like them, but I don't want to make everybody uncomfortable.

I hope they're uncomfortable. They don't have any other clear how it feels to go to class every day speaking about white supremacy, speaking against white supremacy. And we in a day on mental health counseling class and not telling them this is how it's affecting our mental health every day. And they still don't want to hear it.

But I made them listen and I made them respect me. But I digress. I wouldn't say that this case is very important. Like as well as as a president, it could only be important if the mother, the parents come and make it important.

I think the mother came out and said that she wants to seek the delk penalty in this case, which is a good thing. Sure, no remorse for your child's killer is a good thing despite what some people may think you weak, spiny, smotherfuckers, despite what I may think. Seeking vengeance for somebody to murder the child is a good thing. It should be an innate response, right?

So as we move along, you know, coming days, once you get out of the monitor, monitor this like never before because it's getting real. And also we can't take out the ball. Whether we can take out the ball or our economic empowerment or black empowerment, we can't take out all of reparations. We can't take out all the ball.

There's COVID-19, these murder hornets, these reopening in certain cities, these public dimensions, we got to be multitasking right now. We have to stay focused on all these things that's going to empower us. We have to stay focused on our main focus. I want to thank you guys for joining me tonight.

Also, New Artist Politics is streaming on Amazon Prime right now as we speak. I have not just got good numbers back. Also, what I've got back is good feedback from people. People are loving New Artist Politics.

And that within itself is somewhat a refresher thing because, you know, now we got people understanding where we're coming from. I'm very proud of this project. I've got black people, and I'm a majority black people in a majority black city.
