Mexican authorities have detained three people after recovering multiple bodies in Baja California during their search for three missing surfers. Some East County homeowners are set to gather today to protest a new homeless housing initiative in their neighborhood. Hundreds of UCSD students remain at the Pro-Palestinian encampment this morning.
