The Dolphins continue OTA workouts as players adjust to a new system, new teammates, and a completely different vibe around the organization. Joe Rose admits he still isn’t sure whether Miami can truly compete this season, but says it would be tough for things to go worse than they did a year ago — especially after what he called some of the worst third quarters he’s ever watched from a Dolphins team. Unlike last offseason, when there was little intrigue surrounding the roster, Joe explains why the new coaching staff, new quarterback, and influx of new faces have at least brought some excitement and curiosity back to the franchise.
