Good morning everyone! As I'm collecting with you all today, after a gap of a month or so, more than a month I guess, I'm wondering what topic I will cover today. Both January and February have been an emotionally rollercoaster ride for me personally. While I was doing most of the daily tasks, I was unable to keep the podcast episodes going.

Being my podcast listener, you know how I rate and recommend writing as one of the divine therapeutic actions to help increase your EQ. That is emotional quotient. In a workshop and coaching, I talk about writing from your compassionate self to your evolving self. So, coming back to the podcast episode, my compassionate self came up to me and said, Lalita, I want you to commend yourself for being present to every emotion, and more so sad, anxious and grief the last couple of months.

When you did not keep up with your recording routine, which your eco-discipline have wanted to do, remember, you said yes to me, compassion self. You were present to that person's sadness, you were present to that person's grief, you were present to that anxiety in your sadness in your grief and your anxiety. So, don't be ashamed of that. You processed your emotions with your experiential knowledge in affirmations, emotional freedom technique, meditation, prayers and so many so.

Instead of shunting or interacting as though, you're not sad or you're not feeling the grief or you're not feeling anxious. You realized that those emotions are part of you and you accepted them, processed them, submitted it with these techniques back to me to help heal yourself and all the people involved in the sadness, grief and anxiety. Now Lalita, I want you to take this first step to record your first episode and start a new season. I will guide you and I let you what you need to share with the world to make an impact in each one's life.

Wow, as I completed writing that, now I feel so connected to my true self with deep breathing. My God, and an integrity to think, feel, say and do what I want to do right now. And what is that? I'm happy that I recorded my first episode in this new season with pure clear thought that you must explore the back of this itself in you, embracing all the good and not so good thoughts, feelings, actions, because you are beautiful, you are loving, whole and complete.

Now you have a fantastic day and week ahead. Thank you for listening and sending your input from whichever platforms you're listening to and subscribing, it could be Spotify, it could be iTunes, it could be Apple, it could be Google podcasts or it could be Anker, I'm not sure because you can listen from any of these platforms. Thank you for subscribing and you have a fantastic day. Bye-bye for now.
