New(est) TSR Twofer & What the Heck is Wonderfilled?

There's a press release stating that the original studio of TSR Games is back. As a homage, perhaps. But this isn't the REAL TSR, which is owned lock, stock, and barrel by WotC. And just who the heck is Woderfilled and why did they put out the press release? There's a new TSR, which claims to be the return of the original TSR. What is it, what is it not, and what obligations do its owners owe the gaming community?
