New Flash Friday 8.23.2024
from RyeGuys Hosted by Jake & Seth
Jake flies solo to discuss the latest and greatest from Tinsel Town. We have MCU triumph and tragedy as one star returns and a fallen star lashes out at the House of Mouse and the House that Feige Built. James Gunn from the DCEU couldn't resist dogpiling and threw some shade at the MCU and their addition to reshoots. If you don't love comics stick around because we dive into the swirling sauciness surrounding the Blake Lively-led It Ends With Us, namely her beef with Co-Star & Director Justin Baldoni. We also discuss Joaquin Phoenix and his fall from grace after abruptly leaving Todd Haynes latest film which is an NC-17 gay period drama and with his exit the film is simply not happening. Perhaps that content is too risque for your Puritan Values, so we wrap up with an update on The Acolyte and their potential second season. Come for the news, but stay for the friendship!
