New Format! Nightmare Creatures II & Deadeus

Hey gang! We have a new format that we are very excited about. Basically, the show will be more show and tell, with each host bringing their own horror media selection to talk about. We figure this will eliminate simply repeating a movie beat by beat, and introduce you to more stuff like a sassy middle-aged lady's book club... but with blood! As I put it, "this is Slashers, your new favorite podcast about your new favorite horror media!" This week, Doug is on the show. The feedback was great following his appearances on the Humanoids from the Deep and the Blood Harvest episodes. If you would like to see more of Doug on Slashers, or make him a permanent host--- LET US KNOW! ([email protected]) You can follow him and his goings on here: https://amzn.to/2DAdr7f ; https://channelstore.roku.com/details/57960/b-movie-tv ;https://troma.vhx.tv/don-t-touch-that-dial (Also, *hint hint* if you are a fan of Jake, you might consider checking out this coming episode of Friday Night Action on B Movie TV on Roku) Doug talks the late-stage PS1 survival horror hack and slash/ beat 'em up: Nightmare Creatures II. Jake talks a 2019 Gameboy game: Deadeus. We also were fortunate enough to get an interview with -IZMA-, the creator of the game. https://www.instagram.com/iz.ma/ ; https://izma.itch.io/deadeus ; https://www.izmaillustration.com/games If you would like to enter to win a deluxe copy of Deadeus, just post your favorite Gameboy game and tag both @slasherspod and @iz.ma on any platform! Jake will even teach you how to install an emulator to play it! No "Hidden Track" this week, but rest assured, that segment will return with future episodes!
