The governors of Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Illinois, an Arizona Senator and a Cabinet Secretary are all going through a vetting process as Vice President Harris works to select a running mate. A decision is expected by this Tuesday when campaigning in battleground states gets serious. How important is it for a candidate to be from a swing state?
