New Law On CO Detectors

CO DetectorsThe new law gives the Akron Fire Department and the Department of Neighborhood Assistance the authority to inspect buildings for CO detectors like they currently do with smoke alarms. The ordinance is complaint driven and the city aims to focus first on education and voluntary compliance.
