Caller Questions: I am a college student and can’t focus because I constantly get distracted; can you help? I also struggle with past regrets.  How do I prepare my daughter, a high school senior, to go to college next year? She will be exposed to drinking and more in college.  What level of communication should I expect from my son while he is away at college? He is not a good texter.  I have two children in college; sometimes parents need to adjust to the way their kids communicate, like using Snapchat.
