Caller Questions: What should I do to recover so I can let go of my four adult children and take care of myself? My youngest daughter moved, and I don’t know where she is.  My 15yo daughter thinks highly of her dad and can’t accept he was arrested for drunk driving and that we are separating; what do I do?  How do I cope with growing up in a home with an alcoholic dad and helpless mom? I’m 50yo and still very codependent with my aging mom.
