Caller Questions: How can I address my depressed sister-in-law if she gets defensive every time I bring up any issues?  My estranged mom has borderline personality disorder and wants to reconnect with me, but I’m in treatment for trauma.  I am the caretaker for my dying mother; should I set boundaries with my meth-addicted brother, who has hallucinations, to stop visiting her? My sister said it will tear her apart.  How can I help my 60yo brother who has been bullied and taken advantage of his whole life and just attempted suicide?
