Caller Questions: What is the best way to deal with the pain of rejection? I have had abandonment and abuse in relationships.  I’m raising my grandkids, and my 14yo granddaughter is upset I am setting boundaries with the cell phone that her mother bought her.  I went through divorce, had a nervous breakdown, and no one wants to be around me; how do I reconnect and have conversations with my family?  What do I say to my adult kids after treating them with anger just like my mom did with me?
