Caller Questions: As a professional nurse, how do I navigate caring for a trans client? We had to give up our staff restroom.  My 26yo son lives with his fiancé, gambles and smokes pot; would an in-house addiction rehab be better than therapy only?  My brothers were male role models to my kids after my divorce; how do I handle my younger brother being verbally abusive like my ex-husband?  I need guidance in sharing my hurt feelings with my grown kids.
