Caller Questions: I am a dad to young children; are there any studies or data about the long-term effects of being exposed to blue light from devices?  I work with the youth group at church and one of the rules is they’re not allowed to take their cell phones to camps and retreats.  You said it’s okay to take a pause before we forgive; can you show me where that is in the Bible?  What can I do if I’ve been a parent who has allowed my kids too much freedom with cell phones?  How do I die to self? I am selfish and when I feel attacked, I have to defend myself.
