Caller Questions: Why is the man I’ve dated for 6yrs still talking to a female friend every day? It drives me crazy that he’s known her for 20yrs and are so close.  I lost my girlfriend to sepsis and my mom to a stroke; is it even possible for me to build new memories?  After 20yrs of therapy for bipolar and PTSD and the loss of many people including my infant daughter, would the Emotional Freedom workshop help me?  My adult daughter lives with us and is very messy; how do I let her know that she’s more valuable than her mess?  How can I forgive my parents for physically and emotionally abusing me? I’m 25yo and my kids witnessed my mom pulling my hair out 2wks ago.
