Caller Questions: My husband became addicted to cocaine and abandoned me. How do I help myself move forward?  I feel so distant from my transgender daughter in another state. She changed her name, but I can’t call the baby who was in my womb by another name.  My stepdaughter pushed me away after I put her dad in a nursing home; how do I maintain a relationship without giving in to her blackmail? She wants my shed.  I recently reached out to reconcile with an old friend. What is my next step? How do I get back my ability to cry? I had some childhood trauma and feel numb.
