Caller Questions: My adult son has disconnected from me since his sister died; how do I handle his anger towards me?  What’s the proper response to being asked by my church to do things? I feel like I’m being used and aren’t allowed to speak out against it.  Should I tell my 88yo mother with dementia that her sister just passed away? Her doctors and nurses told me not to tell her, but I feel like I should.  I was hospitalized a number of times as a baby and my parents weren’t allowed to stay with me; is that why I never feel loved or accepted?  My dad is addicted to alcohol; is there anything I can do to help him?
