Caller Questions: Do I cut strings and run from my husband after 39yrs of marriage because my stepdaughter has been a thorn in my flesh?  I am a people pleaser and it’s hard for me with my extended family when they don’t respond in kind; how do I stop focusing on it? Does God allow certain things to happen so that we draw near to Him? My mother is physically disabled but always praises God and glorifies Him.  I’m involved in a relationship with my high school sweetheart who is married; what should I do if I’ve tried to leave him but am stuck?
