NEW NHL Changes! Good Or Bad For The Habs?!

Big changes are coming to the NHL on September 16, and while this isn't an entirely new Collective Bargaining Agreement, several important contract rules are changing. Those changes could have a major impact on how teams build their rosters for years to come. Teams will no longer be able to hand out eight-year contracts to their own players, while unrestricted free agents will no longer be eligible for seven-year deals.
