Essential nutrients are indicated as well as amounts of each.MissesNo matter how big the calorie count appears to the eye, the quality of calorie matters. Missing essential nutrients. For example, calcium and magnesium offset each other, but while calcium is highlighted, magnesium is not. Artificial sugars or sugar alcohols aren't quite clear.In terms of serving sizes, it's still important to educate the public as to what an appropriate portion size is.
