Shane Steichen has made his first official hire and it is for Jim Bob Cooter. Cooter has had experience with the Colts, Jets, Lions, Eagles, and most recently, the Jaguars. He brings in years of experience and will play a big role in our offense moving forward. We are now in search of an offensive line coach, and a special teams coach since the departure of Bubba Ventrone, who is now with the Cleveland Browns.
