New openGear cards from Cobalt at IBC offer you higher density and lower latency

If you need to sync dozens of sources without filling racks with gear, you’ll want to know about Cobalt’s new quad-channel 12G frame sync. The 9924-4FS, one of Cobalt’s openGear cards, adds to their line of frame syncs with this higher density option. That was one of many openGear cards Suzana Brady of Cobalt Digital highlighted on the show floor at IBC 2025.
