New Orleans Budget Crisis: Can the city pay for the basic needs by finding more cuts?

Legislative Auditor Mike Waguespack joins Dave Cohen to give an update on the New Orleans budget crisis. Can the city pay for the basic needs by finding more cuts?  With firefighters complaining they are being required to work up in class without getting paid for the forced promotions, does the city even have the money to fund first responders at this point?  How much more will customers have to pay for trash collection?
