New Poll Finds Trump With an Edge Against President Biden, Tesla Sued For Haz-Mat Dumping

A new CNN poll sets President Donald Trump narrowly ahead of President Joe Biden should the two run against each other again. The survey has Trump over Biden 49-45%. Interestingly, while majorities of Democrats and Republicans are satisfied with their party’s candidates, a significant minority would prefer another option. It doesn’t look good for Trump’s D.C. trial to start in March. The case against Trump for allegedly plotting to overturn the results of the 2020 election is now off the public calendar for the federal court in D.C. It was anticipated that his claim of presidential immunity would delay proceedings. Tesla Is being sued by 25 California counties for allegedly getting rid of hazardous waste materials improperly at places they were not authorized to do so. A lawsuit was filed in San Joaquin County this week. It also alleges that Tesla didn’t label hazardous materials properly at its facilities or train employees how to handle it.
