Pipestone County is attempting to sell 13 tax forfeited properties by online auction at mnbid.mn.gov. Pipestone County Auditor-Treasurer Amanda Sandy said it’s the first time the county has had an online tax forfeiture auction. “We wanted to just try out the online option because a lot of people do things online, so we thought this might be more convenient instead of a one-day auction where people have to be there that day,” Sandy said.
