It's a new era for the Reserve Bank today with longer two day meetings, fewer meetings over the year and even a press conference where governor Michele Bullock will be grilled by reporters. But with fresh evidence that inflation is at last falling, borrowers have one big question. Are rate hikes now over and could there even be rate cuts on the horizon?
