New restaurants abound — but there's a problem

This week on the Access Louisville podcast we talk about a handful of new restaurants that are opening up. The Clifton and Frankfort Avenue areas are looking especially attractive to Louisville diners, thanks to the opening of Phantom Cafe and the planned Gilberto Gelato. But there's also a problem in the restaurant industry (well ... many industries, but especially the restaurant industry) and that's staffing. We talk about how unemployment checks are keeping many people out of the workforce and how that's hurting restaurants.  Later in the show we chat about new plans for Kentucky Kingdom, which is under new ownership.
