New Review Finds 40 Hz Binaural Beats May Improve Memory in Alzheimer’s
from Health Research Digest with Leo and Eva · host Leo and Eva
Scientists from California State University examined whether 40 Hz binaural beats can help people with Alzheimer’s. They searched five major databases and found 154 review papers. After careful quality checks using AMSTAR 2 and ROBIS tools, they kept seven strong systematic reviews. The evidence showed 40 Hz binaural beats improved memory recall, boosted cognitive function, increased deep sleep, and reduced anxiety. Some findings even suggested lower levels of harmful brain proteins. These results indicate that this special form of music and sound may support people living with Alzheimer’s. Published in the respected journal Innovation in Aging, the research is solid and worth reading in full. https://oriems.fit/blogs/research-digest/40-hz-binaural-beats-memory-alzheimers
