New riverfront development, new restaurant + more

We talk about a new development along the riverfront in Clarksville, Indiana this week on the Access Louisville podcast. Bolt + Tie offers co-working space, high-end apartments and more, reporter Marty Finley tells us on the show. This one flew under the radar during the development process.
