New RTÉ DG Kevin Bakhurst takes up his post today

Director General of RTÉ Kevin Bakhurst has said he is standing down the RTÉ Executive Board today. In an email to staff this morning, he said the Executive Board will be replaced with a temporary interim leadership team to continue running the organisation. Brian Stanley, Sinn Fein TD and chair of the Public Accounts Committee spoke to Shane on the show this morning.
