According to Forbes, 57 million Americans are engaged in gig work that contributes more than $1 trillion to the U.S. economy annually. And it is predicted this growth will represent more than half of the U.S. workforce by 2023. This dynamic shift is the backbone of the future of work. Partnerships and networks that allow for further invention and scale are coming out of the communities we created when we went remote. The 4th industrial revolution and post recession will be collaboration over competition. This is what the new normal looks like.
