Yes, friends, I missed mindful Monday - because I was paying the price of being OOO on some vacation and was suffering from a terrible karmic and reality-based vacation hangover yesterday! Boo! Which triggers a new series...starting...now.  Let's talk burnout, shall we? I know, I know - everyone's talking about it! But - let's try a tip or two for a few episodes and see how it goes.
