Triggers in your relationship and a lack of inner peace may be easy to experience if bullying is involved. Countless symptoms can start in childhood and bleed into adulthood by witnessing bullying.  The key to healing on multiple levels is forgiving others, forgiving yourself, and letting go of the emotional energies created, absorbed, or shared during these bullying situations.
