Antichrist (2009) Jules' finally is a tough one- the movie that people walked out on at Sundance. Lar Von Trier is a challenging figure, he is notoriously hard on female actors and portrays women harshly in a number of his films. Charlotte Gainsborough plays a woman who seems to be falling apart because of the death of her son, but may have had some darkness stewing before that. Willem Dafoe plays a manipulative psychologist husband who is trying to fix his wife, arguably so she conforms to his idea of grief.
